EE GIFT SHOP RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND SHIPPING POLICY

RETURN POLICY 

• To begin the return process, please fill out the form at the bottom of the page.

• To be eligible for a refund, merchandise must be shipped back to EE Gift Shop within 30 days of the delivery date.

• We will accept unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise. All original maker tags must be attached to the item and be returned in original packaging. All jewlery items will have labels attached that if removed, will not be eligible for return or refund.

• Upon positive inspection, a refund in the original form of payment or merchandise credit will be issued at the original selling price.

• Most merchandise can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date, with the exception of Holiday-themed items. Holiday-themed items must be returned before December 15th for a method of payment refund. Due to the limited quantity of these specialty items and high demand, we are unable to make exceptions to this policy.

• Final Sale Policy: all sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

REFUND PROCESS

• Most returns will process in approximately 7-10 business days, depending on your method of return. 

• A refund will then be credited back to your original method of payment and will post approximately 1-3 business days after the processing date. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement, depending on your credit card provider.

SHIPPING INFORMATION 

• Standard delivery for Jewelry-Only orders (earrings, necklaces, rings, and bracelets) is 5-7 business days and is a flat rate of $7.95 for shipping.

• All other items will be shipped in 5-7 business days. Standard shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.

IN-STORE PICK-UP

• You may pick up your order at our Elmwood location (740 Elmwood Ave. Buffalo, NY 14222)

• Select in-store pick up when choosing shipping option on the check out page

• Please wait to receive an email stating that your in-store pick up is ready.

• In-store pick-ups will be available within 48 hours of purchase. 

• Please bring your ID and order number with you to pick-up package.
